About the Role

Schedule: Full Time, Monday - Friday, Day Shift

Position Overview

Supports efforts to implement care delivery systems that are safe, timely, effective, equitable, efficient, and patient-centered. Collaborates with Practice Managers and Site Directors to standardize clinical operations and promote a culture of quality and safety. Assists the Director of Clinical Operations in staff management, oversees Clinical Supervisors, and develops standardized nursing education aligned with system practices and evidence-based protocols.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in developing and achieving service line goals to improve clinical quality and patient safety.
  • Supervise Clinical Supervisors and participate in hiring and performance reviews.
  • Collaborate with Practice Managers for staff evaluations and competency reviews.
  • Coordinate care management activities across the system and support the advancement of accountable care strategies.
  • Ensure alignment of clinical policies and patient care activities across system entities.
  • Develop staffing models supporting quality and cost-effective care.
  • Monitor and improve quality initiatives, track performance standards, and stay updated on emerging trends and guidelines.
  • Encourage physician engagement in health outcomes and cost containment strategies.
  • Optimize clinical workflows and healthcare technology utilization.
Additional Expectations
  • Assist in budget management with the Director of Clinical Operations.
  • Provide excellent customer service, foster teamwork, and practice fiscal responsibility.
  • Engage in professional development through educational programs and workshops.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Minimum 3 years of healthcare leadership and medical group practice experience.
  • Licensed Registered Nurse upon hire or Multi-State RN License; Board Certified in Ambulatory Care Nursing within 2 years preferred.
  • Lean Daily Management experience preferred.
