Compensation: Pay Range: $104,045.00 - $169,075.00 / year. Job Description: To provide direction, integration, and coordination of all activities supporting the delivery of quality, cost-efficient services in a timely manner across oncology clinics. Collaborate with key stakeholders to address patient care issues. Manage staffing and operational processes to ensure high-quality, efficient patient care. Provide leadership for departmental development aligned with organizational strategic initiatives.
Qualifications: Master's degree in Nursing, Health Administration, or a related field, and six (6) years of experience in clinical operations are required. Work experience cannot substitute for educational requirements. Must be currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) by the Alabama Board of Nursing. Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) certification is required or must be obtained within six (6) months of hire.
