Job summary

Daymark Health is seeking a remote operations leader to scale care delivery for new markets and service lines. You will design and operationalize infrastructure, including vendor setup, tooling, and workflows.

You will translate care model standards into actionable workflows and ensure readiness for launches, support go-live stabilization, and capture learnings for future deployments. This is a fully remote role operating on Eastern time with compensation between $120,000 and $140,000 per year.
