Job Description:
The Clinic Manager II provides leadership for the development and implementation of management and patient care systems to ensure cost-effective and high-quality operations across multiple clinics. This role ensures the strategic integration of clinical practices to deliver an optimal patient experience. The manager leads staff to ensure timely patient care services that are sensitive to physical and psychological needs, maintains compliance with clinical policies and procedures, and participates in SMG-wide projects, committees, or task forces as needed.
