Base pay range

$90,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr

Manager, Client Success – Provider Enrollment

Reports to: SVP of Client Success | Travel: Up to 25%

The Manager of Client Success for Provider Enrollment serves as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and performance outcomes related to provider enrollment. This client-facing role focuses on data analysis, reporting, and relationship management to drive adherence to SLAs and enhance client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients on provider enrollment matters.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular meetings, touchpoints, and business reviews.
  • Monitor enrollment data and KPIs, analyze trends, and deliver insights and performance reports to clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, compliance, RCM) to resolve performance gaps and optimize processes.
  • Ensure SLA compliance, proactively address issues, and manage client expectations.
  • Support operational prioritization and process improvements aligned with client goals.
  • Stay current on regulatory changes, industry trends, and payer requirements.
  • Attend client onsite visits to strengthen relationships and address real-time concerns.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field is preferred.
  • 2-5+ years of experience in provider enrollment, credentialing, or healthcare operations.
  • Experience in client-facing roles and performance-based reporting.
  • Strong understanding of provider enrollment, revenue cycle, and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in Excel, reporting tools, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI).

  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret data and present findings in a clear, actionable manner.
  • Skilled in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
