Responsibilities

  • Conduct client meetings to review performance and ensure satisfaction.
  • Serve as primary contact for assigned clients and coordinate with internal teams.
  • Facilitate client and internal meetings and track action items.
  • Review data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare and review recurring and ad hoc reports for stakeholders.
  • Analyze KPIs and escalate client concerns through proper channels.
  • Recommend process improvements based on data and findings.
  • Collaborate with finance, HR, compliance, credentialing, and operations.
  • Monitor payer contract activities and work with contracting resources.
  • Support quality program initiatives and compliance activities.
  • Assist with onboarding and implementation for new clients.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to Client Success team members.
  • Ensure adherence to healthcare, privacy, security, and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.

Job description

About the Role

The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, facilitating communication between customers and internal teams while driving accountability for operational performance. Responsibilities include managing escalations, identifying opportunities for process improvement, monitoring key performance indicators, and supporting initiatives that enhance the overall client experience.

This position requires a relationship-oriented leader who can navigate complex client environments, influence cross-functional teams, and deliver solutions that support both client satisfaction and organizational goals.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct client meetings to review performance, discuss key initiatives, and ensure overall client satisfaction.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and coordinate with internal teams to address questions, concerns, and operational needs.
  • Facilitate client and internal meetings, maintain meeting documentation, and track action items.
  • Review operational and performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare and review recurring and ad hoc reports for both internal and client stakeholders.
  • Analyze key performance metrics and proactively upscale client concerns through appropriate channels.
  • Recommend process improvements based on data analysis and operational findings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional business partners, including finance, human resources, compliance, credentialing, and operations, as needed.
  • Monitor payer contract activities and partner with contracting resources, where applicable.
  • Support quality program initiatives and compliance-related activities.
  • Assist with onboarding and implementation activities for new clients.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and development support to Client Success team members.
  • Ensure adherence to all applicable healthcare, privacy, security, and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Three to five years of experience in healthcare, revenue cycle management, client services, account management, or a related field.
Required Skills
  • Working knowledge of medical billing, revenue cycle processes, and healthcare terminology.
  • Ability to interpret and apply applicable regulations, policies, and industry requirements.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while managing competing priorities.
  • Strong customer service orientation and commitment to service excellence.

  • Knowledge of revenue cycle management, healthcare operations, accounting, and/or finance.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and workflow management systems.
Pay range and compensation package

Compensation will be based on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, geographic location, and overall alignment with the requirements of the role. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation in accordance with company policies.
