Job Description

The Manager, Client Audit Services executes strategies and department priorities as determined collaboratively with compliance leadership for client audit management (CAM). This position assists in analyzing, designing, developing, implementing, and monitoring CAM initiatives, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing innovative solutions to enhance business performance. The Manager also leads a team of professionals supporting day-to-day CAM activities.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a team responsible for intake and triage of client regulatory and audit notifications, supporting audit deliverables, stakeholder communication, metrics tracking, process improvement, training, and project management.
  • Evaluate standards and obligations, identify risks, and recommend remedial actions to ensure compliance and audit readiness.
  • Develop and track metrics, prepare reports on audit management effectiveness, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Support development and maintenance of operational procedures aligning with audit and compliance obligations; adjust processes as industry and regulatory requirements evolve.
  • Provide cross-functional leadership, manage team training, and support educational initiatives.
  • Manage staffing, performance, and development, demonstrating Prime's leadership expectations.
  • Assist in planning and deploying an annual work plan focusing on significant risks, ensuring timely action and communication.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or related field, or equivalent experience; HS diploma or GED required.
  • 6 years in legal, compliance, or operations roles in healthcare or PBM industry.
  • 1 year of leadership/people management experience.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Additional Qualifications
  • Exceptional communication skills, critical thinking, industry knowledge, and ability to interpret complex information.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Knowledge of Medicare Part D, Medicaid, or Health Insurance Marketplace guidance.
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills, conflict resolution, and meeting facilitation experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3+ years managing healthcare regulatory or audit processes.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience.
  • Certifications such as CCEP, CHC, or CIA.
  • Advanced degree in Business or related field.
Physical Demands
  • Travel up to 10%, sedentary work, vision requirements, and ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
