What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement a comprehensive channel sales strategy to drive revenue and market share growth across North America & LATAM
- Manage and motivate a team of channel sales professionals to achieve departmental sales goals and objectives
- Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with key channel partners to ensure mutual growth and success
- Collaborate with internal teams to create effective partner enablement programs and sales tools
- Regularly track and analyze partner sales performance and provide reports to senior management on channel sales performance and challenges
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4+ years of experience in channel sales, business development, or partner management, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
- Proven track record of driving sales growth through channel partners
- Experience managing and motivating sales teams, as well as external partners and resellers
- Strong understanding of channel sales dynamics and partner ecosystems in the U.S. and LATAM
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the U.S. and LATAM Channel Sales sector
- Knowledge of Active Directory or other products/competitors in the market
