Role Overview

The Manager, Channel Account Sales (CAM) leads growth strategies for BMS (Brother Mobile Solutions) with top reseller partners and/or territories in the U.S. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, managing key relationships, new business development, and maintaining partner programs.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop sales strategies and business plans with channel partners to meet revenue goals.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with key channel contacts.
  3. Execute product launches and deliver sales presentations and training.
  4. Manage or influence account reps and support joint sales efforts.
  5. Maintain partner program compliance and manage deal registrations.
  6. Coordinate marketing incentives and promotions.
  7. Represent BMS at industry events and facilitate executive meetings.
  8. Provide reporting and market intelligence.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in technology sales, channel sales, or related areas, including 4 years in consumer-facing roles.
  • Experience in AIDC or Mobility space is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills.
Additional Details
  • Salary range: $100,000 - $120,000 annually, based on experience and location.
  • Eligible for incentive plans; benefits include healthcare, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, and more.
