As an active part of our Change Management working group, the Change Management Manager will enable the people side of change, with a specific focus on helping people adapt to new processes, roles and ways of working in order to take our business forward. As we evolve our operating model and digitize our workflows, our people need the awareness, knowledge, role clarity and training to grow and succeed; The Change Manager plays a pivotal role in driving organizational change and ensuring the successful adoption of new processes, systems, and improvements. This role involves collaborating with various functions to understand their needs, assessing the impact of proposed changes, and developing strategies to manage these changes effectively. The Change Manager is also responsible for creating and delivering communication materials, developing training programs, and providing support to employees throughout the change process.What You'll Do
Prior experience working on change initiatives in supply chain environments would be highly beneficial, particularly in an international brand / retail environment.
