This position will translate complex data into clear, category-first recommendations that strengthen decision-making and support profitable growth.This role combines core CPG Category Management capabilities with Amazon-specific expertise across digital discovery, assortment, content, conversion, pricing, availability, and innovation. The position is designed as an insights-led strategic partner that identifies opportunities, shapes strategy, and influences action through cross-functional collaboration. This is a remote position. (must have)**• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Economics, or a related field• Six or more years of experience in CPG, Category Management, eCommerce analytics, shopper insights, customer analytics, or a related field• Strong analytical capabilities, including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to interpret complex data sets• Demonstrated ability to translate data into clear, persuasive business stories and retailer-ready recommendations• Experience working with category, shopper, consumer, sales, retailer, or digital-commerce data• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor communication to customer, cross-functional, and executive audiences• Proven ability to collaborate across functions, manage multiple priorities, and contribute positively within a team environment **It would be great if you have...
