Job summary

Dignity Health - Memorial Hospital is seeking a Cardiac Cath Lab Manager to lead daily operations, optimize staffing and workflow, and uphold high clinical standards in a fast-paced acute care setting.

The role emphasizes staff development, scheduling optimization, and ensuring quality and compliance to deliver superior patient outcomes. A sign-on bonus up to 10% of salary is offered for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in related field.
• Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience.
• Registered Nurse: CA license, or Respiratory Care Practitioner: CA license.
• RCIS or RTCV certification.
• BLS and ACLS certification at hire.

As our Cardiac Cath Lab Manager, you will lead daily operations, ensuring high-quality, safe, and efficient cardiac care, managing staff, and upholding clinical standards.Every day you will optimize scheduling, resources, and workflow, while developing staff and fostering a collaborative team environment.To succeed, you need strong leadership, extensive clinical knowledge, and the ability to drive quality and compliance for superior patient outcomes.

We are offering to qualified and experienced candidates a sign-on bonus not to exceed 10% of salary for this position.

Required
