Job summary

BioTalent is seeking a Manager to lead capability building and transformation initiatives for top biopharma clients in the New York area. You will guide engagements from scoping to delivery and partner with senior stakeholders to define strategies and roadmaps.

Ideal candidates bring 6+ years of life sciences consulting, deep expertise in capability building and organizational design, and a hands-on approach to developing frameworks, workshops, and change programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of consulting experience within the pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or life sciences industry.
• Must have strategy consulting experience.
• Strong experience in Capability Building, Business Transformation, Organizational Design, Functional Excellence, or Change Management initiatives.
• Medical Affairs consulting experience is highly valued, including advisory boards, scientific engagement, medical education, and HCP engagement strategies.
• Comfort working in ambiguous environments and creating structure from complex, unstructured business challenges.
• Strong hands-on consulting approach with experience developing frameworks, workshops, playbooks, and transformation strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead consulting engagements from scoping through delivery.

Are you passionate about solving complex organizational challenges, leading transformation initiatives, and building future-ready capabilities? We're looking for a Manager to join a growing healthcare consulting team supporting leading biopharma organizations in defining and delivering strategic transformation programs.

What You'll Do

Base Salary: $170,000 - $200,000 annually
