Location: Midwest/Central US (within commuting distance of a major airport)

What you will be doing:
  • Selling and promoting PERSONA and EAC products through channel partnerships with Housing, Security, IT, and Campus Card Directors in higher education and K-12 segments.
  • Supporting sales efforts for the DSS Vertical End User Segment, EMS, ISS, and regional business development for intelligent locks and systems.
  • Delivering presentations, attending trade shows, and establishing yourself as an industry expert in EAC within your territory.
  • Educating and training key decision-makers regularly.
  • Updating forecasts and utilizing Salesforce; covering parts of the Northeast including Pennsylvania, southern New Jersey, West Virginia, Virginia, Delaware, and Maryland. Candidates can be located in these areas or nearby cities.
What we are looking for:
  • Strong understanding of mobile credentials.
  • Ability to learn and understand software-driven locks and credentials.
  • Self-starter with minimal supervision.
  • Relationships with partner transaction and housing companies (e.g., Transact, Atrium, StarRez, RMS, SCT Banner).
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and enthusiasm for door opening solutions.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, with strong follow-up skills throughout sales cycles.
  • Excellent communication, active listening, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Capability to read and understand specifications and standards; technical and sales aptitude.
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
  • Comfort working both remotely and while traveling.
  • Located within 1 hour of a major airport in the specified territories.
  • Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs for presentations.
Education and experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in architectural design, engineering, construction management, or related fields.
  • At least 5 years of sales experience in access control, software, credentials, or related systems.
  • Experience with technical presentations and training.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; industry-related software knowledge a plus.
Additional considerations:
  • Sales cycle typically ranges from 1.5 to 3 years.
