Position Summary:

Perforce is searching for a Business Systems Analyst, Manager to join our dynamic Business Applications team. As a Manager and Principal Business Systems Analyst, you will lead a talented team of BSAs to understand complex business needs and translate them into effective technology solutions, focusing on Salesforce.

We seek an individual passionate about developing and leading high-performing teams, driven for operational excellence, skilled at building relationships, and capable of collaborating with both business and technical teams to implement innovative system and process improvements. As a team leader, you will coach and mentor BSAs, work with other leaders to prioritize projects, establish best practices, and oversee system optimization and enhancement projects.

Responsibilities:

• Coach, mentor, support, and lead a team of Business Systems Analysts.
• Act as principal analyst for high-impact cross-functional initiatives.
• Gather and document business challenges, goals, and requirements from stakeholders.
• Provide best practices for process and requirement documentation, and communicate updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement, ensuring alignment with industry standards.
• Lead cross-functional projects, managing communications, timelines, requirements, and resource coordination.
• Coordinate with the team on incoming requests to ensure alignment across workstreams.
• Collaborate with system admins and developers to translate business needs into system solutions.
• Define testing scenarios, perform QA, and coordinate UAT with stakeholders.
• Assist power users and business teams with training materials.
• Lead BSA efforts on acquisition and integration migrations for business applications.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, with 5+ years working with Salesforce.
• Solid knowledge of Salesforce functionality and best practices.
• Strong background working with sales teams and understanding their processes.
• Familiarity with common business applications (e.g., data sourcing, billing/invoicing, reporting/analytics, automation tools).
• Ability to lead, mentor, and coach team members to high performance in a collaborative environment.
• Experience leading effective and collaborative meetings.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Motivated for growth and continuous improvement.
• Strong attention to detail and expertise in documenting business processes and technical requirements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Salesforce Admin or BA certifications are a plus but not required.
