• Valid state driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Coach and motivate a team of Account Executives to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Spend 80% of time in the field supporting the team and 20% in office tasks and admin.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive territory plan while setting and monitoring individual sales goals.
• Oversee daily funnel activity for reps, including contacts, presentations and sales.
• Recruit, train and coach Account Executives; manage performance reviews and training compliance.
• Maintain knowledge of Spectrum’s offerings and competitive landscape and build relationships with customers and partners.

How You Will Make An Impact

• Coach, lead and motivate a team of Account Executives to achieve and exceed sales and performance targets
• Spend 80% of your time in the field supporting your team and 20% handling office responsibilities and administrative tasks
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive team territory plan while setting and monitoring individual sales goals using Spectrum’s systems and tools
• Resolve customer complaints and address issues impacting sales operations to maintain efficiency
• Organize regular meetings to keep the team informed of tools, process and product updates
• Recruit, train and coach Account Executives, handling employee relations, performance reviews and ensuring training compliance
• Oversee daily funnel activity for individual sales representatives, including contacts, presentations and sales
• Ensure accurate completion of administrative tasks and reporting for all sales activities
• Maintain detailed knowledge of Spectrum’s product offerings, marketplace trends and competitive landscape, while building positive relationships with customers and partners

Education

• 5+ years of telecommunications product and services sales experience
• 5+ years of business-to-business sales management experience

• Knowledge of communications technologies and services, with a focus on telephone and Internet fundamentals
