The Manager - Business Partner Training Deployment is responsible for the overall strategy and coordination of training delivery for Airport Operations employees for the system hubs as well as regional metro and line stations and regional international operations. They oversee training delivery for Airport Operations Cargo employees and leaders for each hub; up to 50 metro/line stations in addition to vendor service providers. This leader develops and executes strategies to ensure training programs are timely and high quality as well as directing analysis for training validation and return on investment requirements. The position leads a team of training instructors who implement worldwide training. The leader supports leadership in the stations and region with initial, recurrent and ad-hoc training experiences as needed.
The base pay range for this role is $102,220.00 to $133,194.00.
The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
