SUMMARY
Upon completion of formal onboarding, the Manager, Business Operations will participate in an orientation period not to exceed 90 days, with initial duty at EMCOR Corporate Headquarters in Norwalk, CT, and at the EMCOR Construction Services Headquarters in McLean, VA. This is in preparation for follow-on assignment to Operating Companies in the Washington, DC metropolitan area for up to one year for immersive familiarization training in construction operations.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear; move within the office to retrieve files and meet with employees in their offices or conference room. This role requires communicating verbally and in writing one-on-one, in small groups, as well as presenting to larger groups of employees. Traveling is required throughout the work week up to 20% of the time, including frequently by airplane.
