Broward Health Point is seeking a Manager Business Operations – BHP East to oversee and coordinate business operations across Broward Health Point health centers. You will supervise reception and business office staff, ensuring efficient offices and compliant billing, as well as serving as project manager for PBO initiatives.

The role emphasizes improving cash posting, self-audits, and actions to maintain financial viability while supporting the overall Broward Health operations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree from a formal 4-year program.
• Five years of related experience.

• Supervise direct and indirect reception ambulatory business staff and business office coordinators in support of customer service, billing, collections and cash posting within the Physician Business Office.
• Serve as project manager for assigned tasks related to PBO operations.
• Work to resolve issues to ensure prompt payment of claims and adherence to compliance regulations.

Summary

The Manager Business Operations – BHP East oversees and coordinates business operations of regional Broward Health Point health centers within their assigned areas of responsibilities. The duties of responsibilities include but not limited to supervision of the work of direct and indirect reception ambulatory business specialist and business office coordinators in support of customer service billing collections and cash posting within the Physician Business Office assuring offices are managed efficiently and in an accountable manner. Serves as project manager for assigned tasks related to PBO operations. Work to resolve issues to ensure prompt payment of claims and adherence to compliance regulations. Must possess the knowledge to ensure compliant billing collections cash posting/reconciliation in order to conduct self-audits and implement actions based on findings to maintain the quality and integrity of Broward Health while supporting the financial viability.

Education

Essential:

• Bachelor'sdegree obtained through a formal 4-year program.

Experience

Essential:

• Five years of related experience.
