Job Overview

Manage day-to-day operations of Charter's Business Intelligence (BI) enterprise data integration team. Serve as liaison between offshore and onshore teams, ensuring successful project delivery. Collaborate with BI stakeholders to ensure compliance and meet business requirements. Conduct meetings, provide solution recommendations, and support development with custom code examples. Document all processes and report on status updates. Develop SQL and Shell scripts, utilize data warehouse concepts, and work with MicroStrategy and other tools to develop BI solutions and best practices. Supervise team tasks, capacity, and skills to ensure successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years developing BI solutions and data strategies.
• 5+ years providing data integration solutions in large-scale enterprise environments.
• 3+ years supporting BI development, analysis, or architecture, with supervisory experience.
