TITLE: Manager, Business Intelligence (Multiple Openings)

Job Summary

Manage day-to-day operations of Charter's Business Intelligence (BI) enterprise data integration team. Act as a liaison between offshore and onshore teams, providing artifacts and ensuring successful work delivery. Collaborate with BI stakeholders to ensure compliance and meet requirements. Conduct weekly status meetings, recommend solutions to leadership, and support proof of concepts with custom code examples. Complete documentation and status reports. Develop complex SQL and Shell scripts, navigate data, and create efficient scripts adhering to Teradata standards. Utilize data warehouse concepts, MicroStrategy, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint. Develop BI solutions, data strategies, and best practices. Provide data integration solutions in large enterprise environments. Support BI development, analysis, architecture, and supervise team tasks, capacity, and skills.

Education and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 7 years of experience developing BI solutions, data strategies, and best practices.
• 5 years of experience providing data integration solutions in large-scale enterprise environments.
• 3 years supporting BI development, analysis, or architecture, with supervisory experience including task assignment and capacity planning.

Hybrid office and remote work arrangements are available.
