We’re looking for an amazing Manager, BI and Data Engineering to fill this role, which is based in our Seattle office. You’ll be responsible for leading the architecture, development, implementation, and maintenance of the overall data infrastructure pertaining to CRM, Sales and Marketing Technology, including data pipeline and business intelligence tools. Provide technical mentorship to ensure development cycles maintain pace and accuracy. Work closely with business stakeholders, vendors, and other IT teams to build and maintain the data architecture.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of data engineers, ETL and BI developers in designing, developing, and maintaining data integration, transformation, and data quality solutions
• Develop and maintain ETL/ELT processes using Informatica, IICS, IDMC, and other relevant tools and technologies
• Design and develop data models and databases using Snowflake, DB2, and Oracle
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics using Power BI and other relevant tools
• Lead the team in developing and implementing data governance, security, and data privacy
• Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the team
• Work with stakeholders across the organization to identify business requirements
• Continuously improve development processes and methodologies, leveraging Kanban and Scrum methodologies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience in data engineering, with a focus on ETL/ELT, BI, Analytics, Data Quality, and governance
• Experience in managing a team of data engineers and BI analysts
• Familiarity with data warehouse solutions like AWS Redshift, Snowflake or Google BigQuery
• Familiarity with data warehouse and analytical solutions like Snowflake, AWS Redshift, DB2 BLU Acceleration and Power BI
• Strong understanding of data modelling, data integration, transformation, and data quality best practices and methodologies
• Experience with Kanban and Scrum methodologies
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

• Base Salary Range: $105,200.00 to $142,000.00. The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidate's qualifications and experience uniquely.
