Job summary

Search Solution Group is seeking a Manager of Business Intelligence & Analytics to turn data into clear reporting and insights across Sales, Recruiting, Marketing, Operations, and Leadership. You will shape data collection, structuring, and usage while ensuring data is ready to support AI tools and automation.

The role requires 5+ years in BI/analytics, strong SQL, Power BI expertise, and experience handling data across multiple systems, with the ability to simplify complex data for leadership

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business intelligence, data analytics, or data strategy.
• Proven track record building dashboards and reporting.
• Strong SQL and experience with large datasets.
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI.
• Experience pulling data from multiple business systems, CRM data (HubSpot a plus).
• Comfort explaining data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Manager, Business Intelligence & Analytics

About the Role

Search Solution Group is looking for a Business Intelligence & Analytics Manager to help us better organize, understand, and use our data across the business.

This role will be responsible for turning data from our systems into clear reporting, insights, and solutions our teams can actually use. You will work across Sales, Recruiting, Marketing, Operations, and Leadership to improve reporting, identify trends, and help us make better business decisions.

This person will also play an important role in our AI strategy. As we continue to build new AI tools and automations, we need someone who can make sure the data behind those projects is clean, connected, structured, and useful.

We are looking for someone who can understand the technical side of data but can also explain what the data means in a simple way.

What You'll Own

• Business Intelligence & Reporting: Build and improve dashboards and reporting that give leadership and teams a clear view of business performance.
• Data Strategy: Help define how data should be collected, structured, connected, and used across the company.
• AI Data Readiness: Work with our AI and Operations teams to make sure our data is ready to support AI tools, automations, and future projects.
• Data Quality: Identify gaps, duplicates, inconsistencies, and other data issues across our systems and help build processes to improve them.
• System Data: Work across platforms like HubSpot, Bullhorn, ZoomInfo, and other business systems to better connect and understand our data.
• Dashboards & KPIs: Partner with Leadership, Sales, Recruiting, Marketing, and Operations to define the right KPIs and build reporting around them.
• Business Insights: Go beyond reporting what happened. Help us understand why it happened, what it means, and what we should do next.
• Forecasting & Trends: Use historical data to identify patterns, trends, risks, and opportunities across the business.
• Cross-Functional Projects: Support larger data, automation, CRM, and AI projects that require information from multiple teams or systems.
• Data Accessibility: Make it easier for teams to find and understand the information they need without relying on manual reports.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, data strategy, or a similar role
• Strong experience building dashboards and business reporting
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large or complex datasets
• Experience with BI and visualization tools such as Power BI
• Experience pulling together data from multiple business systems
• Experience with CRM data. HubSpot experience is a plus
• Experience with Python, R, or similar tools is a plus
• Understanding of data structures, integrations, APIs, and automation
• Interest in AI and understanding of how strong data supports successful AI projects
• Ability to take complex data and explain it in a simple, useful way
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to dig into messy data
• Comfortable working across departments and with different levels of leadership
• Able to balance strategy with hands-on execution
