The Humana Enterprise Operations Enablement (EOE) - Data & Analytics – BI (Business Intelligence) team is a high performing team focused on data management, data visualization, and data science supporting Humana’s Service Operations.
The Data & Analytics team is seeking a Manager, Business Intelligence to solve complex business problems and issues for the organization using data from internal and external sources to provide insights to decision-makers. The Manager, Business Intelligence will work within specific guidelines and procedures; apply advanced technical knowledge to solve moderately complex problems; and receive assignments in the form of objectives, determining approach, resources, schedules, and goals.
The Manager, Business Intelligence will lead a team of engineers responsible for designing and developing data models, creating data visualizations, and describing the tools, technologies, applications, and practices used to collect, integrate, analyze, and present raw data to generate insightful and actionable business insights. Decisions will typically relate to resources, approach, and tactical operations for projects and initiatives within their department. The role requires cross-departmental collaboration, conducting briefings and meetings, and maintaining contact with other managers across the organization.

Pay Range: $106,900 - $147,000 per year, with potential bonuses based on performance. Compensation varies by location and experience.
