Job summary

Rogue Fitness, a leading builder of strength and conditioning equipment, is hiring a Manager of Business Insights in Columbus, OH. You will lead a team delivering analytics that inform pricing, logistics, inventory, and growth strategy at the leadership level.

You will own KPI definitions, data quality standards, and end-to-end analyses across multiple business domains, partnering with senior leaders to drive data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Business Intelligence, Financial Analysis, or Data Analytics.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Finance, or Supply Chain.
• MBA required.
• Track record of presenting analysis and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills to translate technical analysis into business narratives.
• Demonstrated people-management skills, including hiring, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL (BigQuery experience preferred)
• Advanced proficiency in R or Python for modeling
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets modeling, including Apps Script for automation.

Responsibilities

Rogue Fitness is the leading manufacturer of strength and conditioning equipment in the world - barbells, power racks, sleds, and the equipment behind the CrossFit Games, Xenom Decathlon of Fitness, the Arnold Strongman Classic, and more. We build it in-house, at scale, in Columbus, Ohio.

We are hiring a Manager, Business Insights to lead the team responsible for how Rogue makes its biggest commercial decisions. You'll own the analytics roadmap across Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing, translating business priorities into the team's work and turning that work into recommendations that shape pricing, logistics, inventory, and growth strategy at the leadership level. You'll manage and develop a team of analysts, set the standard for how the function operates, and act as the primary analytics partner to senior stakeholders across the business.

This is not a hands-off role. This role requires getting in the weeds with the team to tackle the hardest problems through a data lens. You'll need fluency in SQL, R/Python, and advanced Excel/Google Sheets modelling to dig into complex problems and review the team's work.

This is a full-time, on-site position at our Columbus, OH facility. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States. This position is ineligible for visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Financial Analysis, or Data Analytics
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field
• MBA required
• Track record of presenting analysis and recommendations to senior/executive stakeholders
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical analysis into clear business narratives for non-technical audiences
• Demonstrated people-management skills, including hiring, coaching, and performance feedback
• Advanced proficiency in SQL (BigQuery experience preferred) with the ability to write, debug, and optimize complex queries
• Advanced proficiency in R or Python for statistical or predictive modeling
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets modeling, including Apps Script for automation
