We keep millions of people safe by monitoring life-safety devices and our Brighton division helps keep ageing individuals along with those at-risk living safely and independently in their homes. Our devices are distributed through authorized dealers nationwide and are powered by our robust, proprietary IoT platform. We're looking for passionate sales professionals to join our team and drive the next phase of our growth for our Brighton Team.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and execute a disciplined prospecting plan using phone, email, social selling, and partner referrals.
  • The primary objective is to generate qualified leads and referrals by performing in-person and outbound cold calls. We expect you’ll be traveling a few days each week for 2-3 weeks of the month. Traveling to quarterly sales meetings will also be required.
  • Conduct strategic needs analyses to understand prospective partners' pain points and growth initiatives.
  • Confidently tell the Brighton value story.
  • Manage and demonstrate a robust sales pipeline in Salesforce.
  • Consistently close new business and onboard new partners.

What You'll Need:

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
  • Experience closing at the C-Suite level.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.
  • A hunter mentality with a strong desire to win.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • A love for marketing/sales/lead generation and value persistence in relationship building. You must be a driven individual, able to keep yourself accountable and motivated.
  • Experience working in sales/marketing related to healthcare technology a plus but not required.
