Job summary

The Clearing House is seeking a Business Development Manager to scale coverage for service providers, fintechs, and non-bank inquiries from Charlotte. You will own the coverage model, manage inquiries, build outreach programs, and coordinate with Marketing and Product to execute campaigns.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in financial services and business development, strong CRM experience, and proficiency with APIs and ISO 20022 concepts.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in financial services and payments.
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, customer success, growth operations, product marketing, or market-facing program execution.
  • Knowledge of the U.S. payments ecosystem including banks, credit unions, service providers, fintechs, processors and financial institution tech partners.
  • Ability to translate business priorities into targeted client activity and actionable recommendations.
  • Familiarity with APIs, ISO 20022 concepts, payment network connectivity, fintech platforms, payment hubs, cloud tools.
