Job summary

At Home is seeking a Manager, Business Analytics to create data analysis tools and build efficient models using internal and external sources to support strategic decisions. Build efficient models using internal and external sources to help stakeholders make data-driven business decisions and identify actions to rectify business problems.

Provide research and analysis support for competitive insights and macro-economic factors.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or Bachelor’s with relevant experience in business/data analytics.
• Strong Excel skills with Power Pivot/Power Query and DAX coding.
• Experience with SQL, Python for analytics, and econometrics.
• Ability to conduct descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analyses.
• Experience building data models and presenting insights to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Creation of data analysis tools to uncover business issues and support strategic initiatives. Build efficient models using internal and external sources to help stakeholders make data-driven business decisions and identify actions to rectify business problems. Provide research and analysis support for competitive insights and macro-economic factors. Work with Business Intelligence team to automate approved data analytic models for regular reporting. Deliver accurate and on-time reporting on KPIs. Evaluate business and recommend analyses to highlight areas of opportunity that will improve company performance. Prepare presentation documents and assist in presenting findings to cross-functional team members. Hybrid in-office/remote position.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Business/Data Analytics, Business (Any), Management (Any), Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field of study and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation in which the required experience was gained.
• In lieu of a Master’s degree in Business/Data Analytics, Business (Any), Management (Any), Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field of study and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation in which the required experience was gained, employer will also accept a Bachelor’s degree in Business/Data Analytics, Business (Any), Management (Any), Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field of study and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation in which the required experience was gained.
