  • Develop and maintain semantic data models, reusable datasets, KPI frameworks, and standardized metrics aligned with analytics governance standards.
  • Support enterprise data governance by validating source-system integrity, documenting metric definitions, monitoring data quality, and promoting consistency across reporting and analytics.
  • Apply AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics techniques where appropriate to improve forecasting, automate decision support, and uncover new business opportunities.
  • Translate complex analytical findings into clear narratives, insights, and recommendations that can influence leadership decisions and business strategy.
Requirements

  • Strong Python programming experience, including tools and libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, StatsModels, Scikit-Learn, and data visualization frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of data warehousing, ETL/ELT processes, data governance, and data quality management.
  • Experience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Redshift, Databricks, BigQuery, Azure Synapse, or similar technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with Tableau, Power BI, or comparable business intelligence platforms, including dashboard development and performance optimization.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with large and complex datasets and translate analysis into compelling business narratives, actionable insights, and recommendations.
  • Ability to independently navigate ambiguous problems, prioritize analytical opportunities, and deliver high-impact solutions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in diagnostics, laboratory services, healthcare technology, life sciences, payer analytics, or related industries is preferred.
  • Exposure to AI-enabled analytics, generative AI applications, workflow automation, or emerging analytics technologies is valued.
  • Experience partnering with executive stakeholders and influencing strategic decisions through data-driven insights is preferred.
  • Strong business acumen, communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
