**Position Purpose:** Manage and oversee the interpretation and linkage of business needs and objectives in applications development and support activities.

+ Manage day-to-day resources necessary to provide effective applications to support user needs and resolve problems.

+ Work with departmental staff and users to identify requirements for development projects and support activities.

+ Effectively integrating new technologies and develop project plans and schedules.

+ Apply in-depth knowledge of systems to diagnose problems and find solutions to meet user requirements.

+ Incorporate global and organizational best practices into applications.

+ Use project management methodologies to effectively manage projects.

+ Create effective organizational structure and develop staff skills and competencies through training and experience.

**Experience/Experience:** Bachelor's degree in Business, IS or related field. 5+ years of systems analysis or IT project management experience, preferably in healthcare. Working knowledge of the integration of medical and/or claims information and information systems, database modeling, project management, and application or systems development methodologies. Previous experience as a lead in a functional area, managing cross functional teams on large scale projects or supervisory experience including hiring, training, assigning work and managing the performance of staff.

**License/Certification:** Project Management certification preferred.

Pay Range: $86,000.00 - $154,700.00 per year

Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives.
