The Manager, Facilities Programs provides strategic leadership, technical expertise, and operational oversight for the enterprise-wide Building Automation System (BAS) program, ensuring the safe, reliable, efficient, and compliant operation of building automation systems across the Cleveland Clinic enterprise.
This role leads a multidisciplinary team responsible for BAS program support, establishes and maintains enterprise standards, policies, and technical guidelines, and partners with Buildings + Design, Safety & Quality, Information Technology, and operational leadership to optimize system performance, promote standardization, ensure regulatory compliance, and support a high-reliability environment across all domestic and international locations.
A caregiver in this position works days Monday – Friday from 6:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. with availability for on-call emergency situations.
