Here you will be part of a high-performance culture where colleagues embrace challenges, drive transformative solutions, and create opportunities for growth. Together, we're transforming how better health happens.

Summary of Position

Teladoc Health, a global leader in virtual care, is transforming how care is delivered by connecting patients, providers, and partners through a leading virtual care platform - driving better access, better experiences, and better outcomes.

We're looking for a relationship-driven and results-oriented Manager, Broker Sales, to join our growing team. In this role, you'll build and expand partnerships with brokers and benefits consultants to bring Teladoc Health's solutions to employers.

You'll play a key role in educating, influencing, and collaborating with brokers across their book of business, positioning Teladoc as a strategic solution for their employer groups.

This is an impactful opportunity to:
  • Shape how virtual care is delivered to thousands of organizations
  • Work cross-functionally with a collaborative, supportive sales team
  • Grow your career in a fast-evolving healthcare technology space

The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator and presenter, a strong relationship builder, and highly organized in managing multiple broker partnerships at once. Most importantly, you'll be someone who can convert broker engagement into results closing business and achieving annual quota within the down/mid-market segment (employers with <5,000 employees).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Create a personal sales strategy/business plan that supports Teladoc Health's overarching corporate goals and strategies.
  • Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with regional brokers and benefits consultants through education, alignment, and joint growth initiatives.
  • Develop and execute a territory sales strategy to drive pipeline, partnerships, and revenue performance.
  • Develop new broker/consultant relationships to understand priorities and strategically devise a plan to identify new sales opportunities within a partner's overall book of business.
  • Manage proposals, RFI/RFQ/RFP processes, contracts, and broker/consultant communications.
  • Ability to speak/present to a prospect's leadership team a strategic "Virtual First" vision that is customized to the client's needs.
  • Ability to achieve yearly sales quota.
  • Continue to grow and become an expert on the Virtual Healthcare environment and work in a fast paced, changing environment.
  • Ability to manage a large pipeline across a variety of partnerships simultaneously.
  • Utilize Salesforce, Adobe, PowerPoint, MS Teams and other tools to manage the sales cycle.
  • Educate brokers on virtual care solutions through webinars, demos, and in-person meetings.
  • Understand Teladoc Health's direct competitors and how we differentiate with our offerings
  • Ability to negotiate contracts and terms, with the support of sales leadership and legal, through complicated contracting process
  • Support renewals and attend industry events, health fairs, and speaking engagements as needed.
  • Travel: 25-50%. Work location: TBD.
Who Thrives in This Role
This role is a strong fit for someone who:
  • Enjoys credibility and trust with experienced benefits consultants
  • Is comfortable educating and influencing rather than hard selling
  • Understands employer benefits cycles, renewals, and the broker ecosystem
  • Prefers relationship depth and long-term momentum over quick wins
This role may not be a fit if you prefer:
  • High-volume, transactional sales
  • Short sales cycles with direct buyers only
  • Minimal collaboration with external partners
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years' sales experience, working directly with employee benefits brokers and benefits consultants.
  • A demonstrated ability to achieve sales quota
  • Live in the territory: Minnesota
  • Experience effectively running a multi-state territory (preferred: TBD) working directly with brokers/benefits consultants and employers with <5,000 employees.

  • Excellent communication skills including presenting, speaking, writing, and follow-up
