Overview:

The Manager, Brand Marketing & Global Events will support the development, planning, and execution of consumer-facing events and experiential marketing programs across Paramount Streaming, including Paramount+ and Pluto TV. This role will play a key part in bringing our brands, content, sports partnerships, and fan experiences to life through strategic activations that drive awareness, engagement, and fandom among audiences worldwide.

This position will lead daily planning and execution of various activities, both domestic and international. It will play a key role in coordinating different functions. This includes planning operations, communicating with stakeholders, and carrying out on-site tasks. Key initiatives may include major sponsorships, fan conventions, festivals, premieres, and brand experiences, including programs such as Formula 1, CCXP Mexico, CCXP Brazil, and other strategic events throughout the year.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaborative, detail-oriented, and thrives in a dynamic environment. They are equally comfortable managing logistics and timelines as they are contributing ideas, solving problems, and partnering across a broad group of stakeholders to deliver extraordinary consumer experiences. This is an onsite position at our New York office.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Lead day-to-day planning and execution for global consumer activations, experiential programs, sponsorships, and live events across Paramount+ and Pluto TV.

Manage project timelines, workbacks, key deliverables, and stakeholder communications to ensure initiatives remain on track and aligned with business objectives.

Oversee event logistics including venue management, staffing, travel, shipping, credentialing, vendor management, and production requirements.

Serve as a key point of contact for event operations, proactively identifying risks, solving challenges, and ensuring seamless execution.

Support on-site event management and execution. Helping deliver best-in-class experiences for consumers, partners, talent, and internal stakeholders.

Track budgets, purchase orders, invoices, and financial reconciliations in partnership with internal finance teams.

Partner closely with teams across Marketing, Creative, Communications, Social, Media, Partnerships, Production, Programming, Legal, Finance, and International organizations.

Manage day-to-day communication across internal stakeholders, agencies, vendors, and external partners.

Coordinate approvals, asset requests, creative reviews, and operational requirements to support successful event execution.

Foster alignment between domestic and international teams to ensure activations are executed successfully while addressing regional market needs.

Contribute to activation strategy and planning by helping shape event concepts, consumer experiences, and engagement opportunities that support broader business and marketing goals.

Own project documentation, timelines, status reports, meeting recaps, and stakeholder updates.

Identify risks, dependencies, and operational challenges, proactively recommending solutions and escalation paths when needed.

Support the development of presentations, planning materials, executive updates, and post-event recaps.

Track and organize activation performance metrics, attendee feedback, earned media results, partner reporting, and other key success indicators.

Lead post-event recap development and document key learnings and recommendations.

Support ongoing optimization efforts by identifying opportunities to improve processes, execution, and consumer impact across future activations.

Basic Qualifications:

6+ years of experience in consumer activation, experiential marketing, live events, brand activations, or related fields.

Additional Qualifications:

Proven experience planning and executing large-scale consumer activations, festivals, conventions, experiential programs, or live events.

Robust project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.

Remarkable organizational skills and attention to detail.

Solid written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to build relationships and work successfully across diverse teams and stakeholders.

Comfortable operating in a dynamic environment with evolving priorities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools.

Experience in entertainment, media, streaming, sports, or consumer brands.

Experience supporting international events or working with global stakeholders.

Awareness with fan conventions, experiential marketing, or live event production.

Professional proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus.

Experience working with Latin American markets and international stakeholders is preferred.

Affinity for entertainment, pop culture, sports, and consumer engagement.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Hiring Salary Range: $75,000.00 - 93,000.00.

The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.This position is bonus eligible.
