Job summary

Rain for Rent seeks an internal management leader to train, develop and mentor new branch management, driving safety, sales, operations and financial performance across locations. The role emphasizes building teams, implementing SOPs, and communicating company goals with a focus on cross-branch consistency.

You will lead supervisory teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster continuous improvement through coaching and mentoring, while aligning with Rain for Rent’s standards and growth

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management or Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of related Branch or Operational Management experience and/or training.
  • Proven record hiring and developing professionals and managers.
  • Good understanding of Rain for Rent financial and operational statements and metrics.
  • Competent with branch systems and software.

Responsibilities

  • Build, develop, and manage leadership teams to execute sales and operation strategies and improve employee and customer relations.
  • Maintain a safe, accident- and environmentally free workplace at the assigned Branch.
  • Ensure Branch compliance with Company policies, procedures, and all federal and state regulations.
  • Train and implement Company standard operating procedures.
  • Analyze and create project scope and milestones for company initiatives.
  • Evaluate staff strengths and opportunities for coaching and mentoring.
  • Facilitate team process improvement through engagement and feedback from branch employees.
  • Act as liaison to Management to identify process improvements to increase morale and productivity.
  • Other duties as assigned to support operations.

Expected outcomes at each Branch: Exceed Company safety, sales, operational and financial objectives. Incumbent will focus on team building (staff recruiting and development); implementation of Company standard operating procedures; and consistent communication of Company goals and objectives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • + Builds, develops, and manages leadership teams capable of executing sales and operation strategies and while improving employee and customer relations.

  • + Evaluates respective staff strengths, weaknesses and executes improvement opportunities through coaching and mentoring.

  • + Facilitates an environment of team process improvement through continuous engagement and feedback from branch employees.
  • + Acts as a liaison to Management to identify process improvements needed to increase employee morale and productivity.
  • + Other duties as assigned in support of the operation.
Supervisory Responsibilities:

Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws at the assigned location. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Travel:

Frequent overnight travel (25-50%) by land and/or air.

Education and/or Experience:

Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from an accredited university in Project Management, Business Administration or a closely related field is required. Minimum of five (5) years of related Branch or Operational Management experience and/or training required. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

  • + Competent with Branch systems and software
