Job summary

The Terminix International Company Limited Partnership is hiring a Branch Manager in Orlando, FL. You will lead the district, develop the management team, recruit top talent, and drive programs to meet growth and profitability targets while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The role requires 5–7 years of management experience, strong leadership, and a proven track record in sales and customer service. Travel and on-call duties may be involved as part of normal operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of experience and training.
• Minimum 5–7 years in Branch Manager or equivalent role.
• Strong attention to detail and relationship development.

Responsibilities

• Develop the management team to achieve growth, productivity, and profitability and deliver legendary customer experiences.
• Interview applicants and select top candidates; monitor staffing needs.
• Plan, communicate, and delegate key responsibilities to operations, sales and office teams.
• Drive the implementation of programs by motivating district management.
• Review district indicators; identify issues and coach teams to improve performance.
