Anheuser-Busch is seeking a Benefits Manager, Health and Welfare to support U.S. benefits programs for employees and families in a dynamic, multi-state environment.

The role emphasizes analytical problem-solving, data-driven decision making, and cross-team partnering to deliver well-managed benefit programs. You will manage day-to-day benefits administration and help improve the employee experience, with opportunities to influence strategy and communications in a large, self-funded setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, business, economics, or finance.
• 5+ years in employee benefits, health and welfare, Total Rewards, HR operations, or vendor management.
• Experience with multi-state, multi-vendor, or self-funded plans preferred.
• Knowledge of enrollment rules, plan docs, and compliance.
• Strong analytical, communication, project management and confidentiality skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administration of U.S. health and welfare benefits.
• Support benefit strategy through enrollment reviews, vendor performance, and costs.
• Create clear, employee-friendly communications about benefits.
• Assist with benefit financial management: budgeting, forecasting, invoices, cost analysis.

This role helps deliver meaningful, well-managed benefit programs while improving the employee experience. This is a great opportunity for a benefits professional who enjoys solving problems, working with data, partnering across teams, and making complex benefit programs easier for employees to understand and use. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:*** Manage the day-to-day administration of U.S. health and welfare benefits, including coordination with internal teams, vendors, carriers, and third-party administrators.* Support benefit strategy by reviewing enrollment, claims, vendor performance, employee feedback, market trends, and program costs.* Create clear, employee-friendly communications that help employees understand and use their benefits.* Assist with benefit financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, invoice review, reconciliation, and cost analysis.* Maintain compliant plan documentation and support benefit-related audits, filings, controls, and data validation activities.* Identify opportunities to simplify processes, strengthen program administration, improve self-service, and enhance the overall benefits experience. **JOB QUALIFICATIONS:*** Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.* 5+ years of experience in employee benefits, health and welfare plan administration, Total Rewards, HR operations, or vendor management.* Experience supporting health and welfare benefit programs, preferably in a large, self-funded, multi-state, multi-vendor, or union environment.* Working knowledge of benefits administration, eligibility rules, annual enrollment, employee communications, plan documentation, and core compliance requirements.* Ability to analyze benefits data, identify trends, evaluate financial impacts, and explain findings in a clear, practical way.* Strong project management, communication, organization, stakeholder partnership, discretion, and confidentiality skills. **WHY ANHEUSER-BUSCH:** At Anheuser-Busch, our purpose is to create a future with more cheers.
