YOUR ROLE
Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the Manager, Benefits & People Operations, is responsible for managing benefits programs and HR compliance. Proximity to NYC is required, with a hybrid work model.

Ideal candidate: a team-player, culture champion, resourceful, proactive, and a continuous learner, comfortable communicating with diverse personalities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits, retirement plans, partner relations, and invoice reconciliation.
  • Leave Management: Oversee all employee leave programs, ensure compliance, and coordinate with payroll and managers.
  • Legal & Compliance: Ensure adherence to laws (ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, etc.), update policies, and oversee employee separations.
  • Communication & Education: Develop employee communications, conduct benefit education, and implement wellness programs.
  • Data & Technology: Use analytics and HRIS systems to improve benefits processes.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5-7+ years in benefits and HR operations
  • Experience with vendor relations, leave management, and HRIS systems (UKG preferred)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Salary: $90,000 - $100,000, based on experience.
