Floyd Behavioral Health Services is seeking a Behavioral Health Program Manager to lead key service areas, including the Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), Assessment Department (ER & Onsite), and Inpatient Therapy team. This role is responsible for providing operational oversight, clinical leadership, and program coordination across multiple levels of behavioral health care. The ideal candidate will bring a strong mix of clinical expertise, leadership experience, and operational knowledge in behavioral health settings. Success in this role also requires effective communication skills, relationship management, and the flexibility to oversee multiple programs and locations. Professional Counselor license issued by the state of Georgia, or Marriage and Family Therapist license issued by the state of Georgia, or Social Worker, Clinical license issued by the state of Georgia.
Master's Degree in Social Work, or Master's Degree in Psychology, Clinical, or Master's Degree in Psychology, Educational, or Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling or related field.
Typically requires 5 years of experience in the delivery of treatment services and specialty training in the provision of care to patients needing behavioral health services. Includes 1 year of supervisory experience in management of staff, budgets and multiple behavioral health functions.
May be restricted to individuals with master's degree in social work and be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker upon hire. Demonstrates organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
