• Coaching and leading department staff.
• Coordinate and plan production schedules for bakery products.
• Ensure proper processes, standards, and quality of product are satisfied.
• Coordinate sales and promotion activities.
• Ordering, unloading, and stocking product.
• Maintaining proper stock levels, freshness, and cleanliness in department.
• Follow all sanitation, cleaning, and food safety standards.
• Conducting monthly inventories.
