$71,612.39 - $110,999.20 This position is responsible for the daily operations of the Pre-Service functions of the Patient Engagement Center Insurance, Authorization and Scheduling complement— related to eligibility verification, pre-registration, authorization, financial clearance and scheduling needs of Hospital Services as they relate to patient care delivery. The manager will assure staff are executing actions necessary to ensure timely scheduling and authorization/financial clearing to meet patient and provider expectations. Significant attention to directing all human resource functions, daily metrics related to authorization clearance and timely scheduling, ensuring safety to patients and staff. Management of a high functioning team, promoting a strong team and patient centered approach.
