The BMA is seeking a full-time Manager, Audience Insights and Data Analyst to support the collection and understanding of data around BMA audiences and experiences.
Recently ranked by the Washington Post as one of the top 20 museums in the United States, the Baltimore Museum of Art is an internationally renowned museum with the world’s largest public collection of works by Henri Matisse. The Manager, Audience Insights and Data Analyst is a hands‑on role involved in building our reporting frameworks, delivering data‑driven insights, and supporting the evaluation and data needs of various departments across the museum. This role supports data collection, reporting, and communication of findings for BMA efforts spanning visitor experience, fundraising, evaluation, finance and operations, and marketing and communications.

This is a bargaining unit position.
$70,951 annually
