Villa Restaurant Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our Zaro’s Bakery location in JFK Terminal 8. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to have you on our team!

What You'll Do:

  • Oversee daily bakery operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team focused on guest satisfaction

  • Monitor food safety, cleanliness, and compliance with all airport and company standards

  • Manage scheduling, inventory, and supply orders

  • Track and manage labor, sales, and other key performance metrics

  • Collaborate with upper management to continuously improve operations

What You'll Need:

  • 2+ years of restaurant, bakery, or food service management experience

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure

  • Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

  • Must be able to pass airport security background check and obtain a JFK badge

  • Prior airport experience is a plus, but not required
