Job summary

Aprio’s Assurance team seeks a Manager to lead auditing projects and engagements for a fast-growing CPA and advisory firm. You will communicate with partners, staff and clients, oversee staff development, and participate in marketing services to generate new business.

With a focus on Non-Profit work and a CPA credential, you’ll help drive client success while traveling up to 20% of the time. Aprio offers a flexible, remote/hybrid working environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required.
• Licensed CPA.
• 4–7 years of experience at a public accounting firm.
• Energetically managing, coaching, and developing staff accountants.
• Analytical skills related to financial statements and other financial information.
• Effective written and verbal communication with clients and coworkers.
• Demonstrated initiative to lead, make decisions, and work independently.
• Non-Profit specialty experience is a plus.
