How You Will Contribute

• Review audit engagement procedures performed by the audit team in a timely and professional manner
• Perform detailed audit procedures over various income statement and balance sheet accounts when necessary
• Understand client service relationships and utilize firm resources to provide unmatched client service
• Use technology tools proficiently and demonstrate a commitment to improving work processes through technology
• Recognize problems and propose sensible solutions, balancing client needs and firm risk
• Meet deadlines or budgets and communicate any variances in advance
• Assist in managing, developing, and coaching professional staff
• Participate in board and audit committee meeting presentations
• Build personal referral sources and participate in team marketing opportunities

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• At least 5 years of relevant audit experience
• CPA license
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
