Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the accounts receivable team, including hiring, training, and performance development.
  • Own and optimize the end-to-end AR process from invoice generation through collection and reconciliation.
  • Collaborate with Sales Ops and Customer Success to ensure billing accuracy.
  • Ownership of the full collections process and internal and external communication
  • Maintain DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) at desired metrics and implement proactive collection strategies.
  • Manage customer credit reviews and establish credit limits in line with company policy.
  • Design and deliver AR dashboards and aging reports for executive leadership.
  • Provide forecasted cash collections
  • Support NetSuite optimization projects related to AR.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field;
  • 10+ years of progressive A/R or Finance experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
  • Experience in a SaaS or subscription-based business model is required
  • Experience with NetSuite and Salesforce is a plus
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Proven ability to collaborate across departments and communicate with executive leadership.
  • Comfortable managing a small team in a high-growth, fast-paced environment, while also maintaining individual responsibilities

Compensation and Benefits:

We are proud to offer our team members a competitive compensation plan that includes:

  • Comprehensive Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance
  • 401K with company match (100% of the first 3% and 50% of the next 2%)
  • Fully Paid Parental Leave - 18 weeks for birthing parents, 12 weeks for non-birthing parents
  • Phone and internet stipend
  • Wellness, learning, and coworking reimbursements
  • Flexible work hours
  • Unlimited PTO
  • 11 paid holidays and December holiday closure
  • Company-wide outings
  • The compensation range for this position is $125,000.00 - $150,000.00
