Nordstrom, Inc. in Cedar Park, TX is seeking a Sales Department Manager to lead, coach, and motivate a team that delivers outstanding customer service on the shop floor.

You will recruit, train, and develop staff, drive personal and department goals, and collaborate with merchants to ensure the right merchandise is available for customers. A strong track record in retail leadership and coaching is required.

Pay Range Details

The pay range(s) below has been provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different for other locations.
Pay offers are dependent on the location, as well as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

$48,000.00 - $77,000.00 AnnualAt Nordstrom, the commission most selling employees receive varies based on the merchandise they sell. Apparel, shoes, and accessories sales typically range from 3% to 14.5%. The commission Beauty and Men’s Fragrance sales roles typically receive is 3%.
