Nordstrom, Inc. in Littleton, CO is seeking an Assistant Sales Department Manager who excels at directive selling and leading a team to hit sales goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will recruit, train, and develop your team, partner with the department manager to execute business plans, coach staff on service standards, and ensure merchandising and inventory processes meet company expectations on the floor.

Pay Range Details

The pay range(s) below has been provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different for other locations. Pay offers are dependent on the location, as well as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

$24.25 - $27.00 Hourly
