Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong project management skills preferred.

Summary

The Manager, Annual Giving leads the planning and execution of annual fundraising programs to increase donor participation and philanthropic revenue. This role oversees donor cultivation, solicitation, stewardship, volunteer engagement, annual campaigns, and donor communications while aligning fundraising efforts with organizational priorities.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

1. Education: Bachelor's Degree in nonprofit management, communications, business, or a related field.
2. License/Certifications: CFRE certification preferred.
3. Experience: A minimum of five years of experience in nonprofit development, preferably with exposure to annual giving, donor communications and/or campaign execution.
4. Additional SKills/Requirements Required: Demonstrated experience executing multi-channel fundraising or donor engagement efforts. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and donor database systems.
5. Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: Strong project management skills

The pay range for this position is $89,980.80to $121,721.60per year.

Compensation for part-time positions isdeterminedon a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
