Job summary

Caesars Entertainment seeks a Slot Performance Manager to lead the Slot Performance Department, ensuring regulatory compliance, policy adherence, and efficient machine operations. You will oversee technicians, drive uptime, and maintain profitability across the property.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating maintenance, monitoring systems, and supporting budgeting and performance initiatives to optimize guest experiences in a high-volume casino environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical degree, electronics training, or related certification preferred.
• Minimum five (5) years of slot operations, slot technology, gaming systems, or related technical experience required.
• Minimum two (2) years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of slot machine maintenance, gaming systems, casino operations, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays; Louisiana Gaming License required.

• Lead, supervise, and develop Slot Performance Supervisors, Senior Slot Technicans, Slot Technicians, and Slot Bench Technicians.
• Ensure compliance with all gaming regulations, company policies, internal controls, and departmental procedures.
• Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, coaching, succession planning, and performance evaluations for departmental personnel.
• Oversee slot machine maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, installations, conversions, and preventive maintenance programs.
• Monitor gaming systems, machine communications, and equipment performance to ensure operational integrity and maximum uptime.
• Establish departmental operational goals and monitor achievement of performance, service, and efficiency objectives.
• Support budget planning, expense control, forecasting, and operational effectiveness initiatives.
