A leading company is seeking a Manager of Analytical AI to contribute technical expertise in developing and maintaining data science and machine learning pipelines. This role entails working with a hands-on team to ensure reliable and scalable solutions, requiring strong skills in Python, data engineering, and machine learning frameworks.
Description: Manager of Analytical AI - Engineering team contributes technical expertise to develop, deploy, and maintain data science and machine learning related pipelines, solutions, and products.
Key Responsibilities and Major Duties
Member of a hands-on team of data engineers and machine learning engineers.
Work within the Analytical AI team to support a wide variety of data science and machine learning solutions.
Contribute to the hands-on design, deployment, and maintenance of pipelines for data science related products and machine learning solutions, ensuring reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
Contribute to develop and maintain cutting-edge tools and frameworks empowering data scientists to work efficiently and effectively.
Apply ML and Analytical techniques in support of solving business problems and data explorations.
Qualifications/Degree/Certification/Licensure
BA/BS with 2+ years of experience (quantitative area of study preferred)
MBA/MS or other graduate degree preferred
Proficiency in Python/R, SQL, Tableau and MS Office Suite.
Hands on experience with designing and deploying machine learning models using Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc. is preferred.
Experience with Git preferred
Experience with cloud-based environments (AWS, Azure, etc.) preferred
Experience with MLOps preferred
Excellent communications and presentation skills. Proven ability to explain complex analyses and outcomes to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
The starting compensation for this jobis a range from $114,580-$138,800, plus incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility).
The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills and where the job is performed.
Final, individual compensation will be decidedbased on demonstratedexperience.
